Since I’ve started taking deposits, it seems reschules are the new no shows.
I understand things can happen and I’m fine with the occasional change of appointment but some are doing it consistently. It seems people know that I get fully booked so book in ‘just incase’ then either cancel or reschedule when the final reminder is sent.
This then leaves me with a gap in the middle of the day, sometimes I can get them filled with a last minute appointment. But most people book in advance and will of seen there was previously no space, so although it is within the policy I’m still left out of pocket.
In future please be mindful, Hayley xx💛
