Together, we can help spread a little Christmas magic to children and young people across our community who need it most.

If you’d like to get involved, simply drop off new toys, books, clothing, or gift cards at Willowbrook Hospice. Every donation-big or small-will help bring a smile to a local child this Christmas.

🎶☕ There’s always music, laughter and good company at our Willowbrook Chatty Cafés! ☕🎶

It’s been another fantastic week across our Chatty Café venues! 💙💚

At the Living Well Chatty Café, we were treated to a tremendous performance from Albert and Dave, who filled the room with classic swing and country tunes - they were absolutely fabulous! 🎤🎵

Meanwhile, at our Victoria Park Chatty Café, the amazing Born in the U3A guitar group had everyone singing and tapping along to some much-loved favourites. 🎸

✨ They’re even taking their talents on tour to our other Chatty Café venues - so keep an eye out, you won’t want to miss them!

Our Chatty Cafés are all about bringing people together for friendship, conversation, and a good dose of fun. If you’d like to join in, there’s a Chatty Café near you!

✨Thank You Thursday✨

We are truly overwhelmed with gratitude for the incredible kindness and dedication of our amazing Willowbrook Ladies Committee, who have raised a phenomenal £19,067 this year in support of Willowbrook Hospice 💙💚

Through their wonderful Ladies Luncheon at Knowsley Hall in March and their elegant Ladies Afternoon Tea at Houghwood in September, they have once again shown the power of community, compassion, and teamwork.

Every event was filled with warmth, laughter, and generosity - a true reflection of the wonderful women behind them. Their tireless efforts, attention to detail, and commitment to making a difference help us continue providing vital care and support for patients and families across our community.

From everyone at Willowbrook, thank you for your unwavering support, your creativity, and your big hearts. You truly make a difference 💕

We’d like to express our heartfelt thanks to everyone at Eccleston Lane Ends Bowling Club for organising their annual “Bas Brown” Pairs Competition in September. Your amazing efforts raised a fantastic £1,000 for Willowbrook Hospice 💚💙

Yesterday, Ian Turnbull (Head of Volunteering), Jane Ball (Lottery Sales Lead) and Diane Tabern (Chatty Café Coordinator) were invited to attend a U3A session.

Diane said, "we were able to tell all the attendees all about the wonderful work of the hospice, how little funding we get from the NHS and all about the ways we try to make enough money to continue to do the amazing work that we do. We had some lovely chats afterwards with people who were interested in volunteering for us and also coming to our Chatty Café’s."
