Good morning. Hope you all enjoyed the Easter break.
We are back open today from 9.00am until 5.30pm.
We have a big delivery and will be very busy. So please wait until you receive your txt message before calling in to collect your medication.
Walk ins will be a 30 minute wait or asked to call back .
Phone calls are for emergencies and delivery patients.. We don't take repeat orders over the phone.

We are open Saturday 4th of April at
9.00am - 1.00pm.
But please remember only one staff member and pharmacist.

Good Morning Prestatyn what a beautiful spring morning. Just a few bits of information for this week and the Easter period.
Today we are short staffed so please be patient come in if youhave had a text message and pick up your prescription. Walk ins will be dealt with but expert an half hour wait.
Lastly Hay-Fever season is upon use so don't suffer pop in and ask our Pharmacist what they can do for you.🤧

Ordering your medication.... Three ways to do
To order your medication take your repeat medication form into your...
G.P surgery or post in the boxes outside you surgeries
Also drop off into our branch black box is in shop by front door.
Or the easy option download the NHS Wales app and order each month.
All you have to remember with all these options is on your last week of tablets fill your slip in so it gives the surges and ourselves to get you prescription ready.
All patients are responsible for ordering there own medication and we do our best to help were needed. We do not take orders over the phone for repeats as the phone lines are for urgent enquiries and delivery patients. Please bear this in mind don't phone to say you have had a text what is it for pop in come say hello and also see what we have on offer.

If you are waiting for medication, please wait for your text message confirmation before coming to collect. This helps us manage workflow safely and reduces waiting times in store.
