Part 1 of camping in Easter with a toddler!
🌿 Windsor Great Park / Windsor Grounds
(assuming you mean the outdoor Windsor areas)
YES — 100% recommend for a toddler.
This is actually perfect for that 18–24 month stage:
Space to roam, toddle, and explore safely
Nature = built-in sensory play (sticks, leaves = gold!)
No pressure, no overstimulation
Easy to follow their pace (snacks, naps, wander, repeat)
💡 Why it works so well at this age:
Toddlers don’t need “big attractions” — they need freedom, movement, and connection, which outdoor spaces give beautifully.
✨ “why would we want to be anywhere else” is spot on — this is exactly their kind of magic
🎢 LEGOLAND Windsor Resort
YES… but with realistic expectations.
It can be great, but it’s not quite designed for under-2s.
✔️ What is good for a 20-month-old:
DUPLO Valley (soft play, mini rides)
Playground areas + splash zones (weather dependent)
Bright colours, music, stimulation
Boat rides / train rides with you
There are actually lots of toddler-friendly attractions and no-height rides in places, especially in DUPLO areas. You can also hire the buggies too!
We definitely loved using the osprey with built in sunshade and waterproof protection
