joined 'Sit and Smile', a walking group in Lytham St Anne's, this morning. Found by a friend on Facebook as I wanted to return to walking again but slowly.
I was going to join them last week but due to Storm Amy, I decided against it.
Today I met Allegra and the group, and had a lovely gentle walk around Fairhaven Lake with good company and conversation.
On returning home I have managed over 4000 steps and am feeling so much better in myself.
I have been suffering with anxiety due to giving more energy out and from an empty cup. Now, it's going to be given to me, and I am loving my new attitude.
Even though I don't have diabetes, it came up in conversation and I have learnt that a local businessman inspired by his mum's diagnosis and set up a company known as "Skinny Food Co."
Zero Sugar foods so I had to share. .
