I am hoping to be able to start writing a bit more, my aim is write/post about general health and wellbeing, Fibromyalgia, Hyperthyoidism/Grave’s disease. Might also talk about reiki a little bit too.

Life comes at you fast, in the blink of an eye everything can change and it is a massive WTF moment. You grieve the person you were while you try and adapt to the person you are now. It is tough when suddenly physically you can no longer do the things you love, even the simple stuff can be challenging. Goodbye 2025 and welcoming in healing vibes for 2026 🙏🏼

Don’t feel pressured with the New Year arriving to fall into the New Year new me trap. If you feel pressured to make a change because of the imminent arrival of 2026, the change/changes you might want to make will not stick. Remember you can make a change at anytime throughout the year, it does not just have to be on the 1st January.

However if you are committed to change in the New Year and don’t feel pressured, half hearted and want to definitely take that next step then go for it. Don’t commit to lots of different things all at once, focus on one thing first and gradually move on to the next thing once you are in a good place with the first thing or feel ready to take the next step.
