13 years ago, I nearly gave it all up.

The gym. The training. The one thing that kept me grounded.

I’d hit a wall - mentally, physically, emotionally.

Work stress, young kids, no sleep… I convinced myself I was “too busy” to take care of myself.

Then one day, a mate said something that stuck:

👉 “If you stop now, you’ll have to start again - but next time, you’ll be older, heavier, and more frustrated.”

That hit HARD!

So I made a deal with myself: Just don’t quit.

Even if I had to scale back, change the plan, or start from scratch - I’d keep showing up.

32 Years Training.
I Turn 50 This Year.

..In my 30s, fitness was about performance.
..In my 40s, it became about physique.

Now⁉️

👉It’s about freedom.
👉Longevity.
👉Quality of life.

The 20-something me wanted big lifts and visible abs.

The nearly-50 me⁉️

Wants to move well, stay sharp, and be present for the next 30+ years.

I don’t train to impress.

I train to progress - in energy, mindset, and overall health.

You don’t have to give up.
