⛓️‍💥🔥 Go ahead...change 🔥⛓️‍💥

It's completely normal and HEALTHY to change.

Without change in and around us we don't evolve, level up, GROW.

Outlook, lifestyle, circles, relationships...

What we were last year or even last month WILL inevitably morphe into the required journey our person needs. You have a choice. Always.

And if you already know that change has begun to appear in your life, dont hold back - I know it can feel daunting and pretty scary taking those few first steps - it's the unknown and the path less travelled BUT I PROMISE you it's THE path to take dear one.

The person you have BEEN is not the one you're BECOMING. There's a door waiting for you to step THROUGH (more on doors later on 😉)...ive got the keys.

So go ahead, you already have permission.

💧🤍 Allow the rain...to FALL🤍💧

Allow it.
Allow it ALL.

Memory+Emotion conjure magnificence storms.

Building
Storms in our heads.
Storms in our hearts.

Sometimes...

Storms held captive for so long, wrapped in
sails as big as the seas they've set upon,
they've disappeared beyond the horizon.

Wrapped
TIGHT
'Safe'

But WITHOUT the fall
to release the pain
to release patterns
..the storms of our salty tears remain bottled in the depths of our very being.
Corked.

Manifesting
Mind fear
Body fog
Cycles....setting sail each day only to find yourself circling without a compass.

When we ALLOW our emotions to truly escape the loop,
for the rain to TRULY fall...

Release happens.
Reflection happens.
Reset happens.

Our sands are
Watered.
Witnessed.

The Sun returns again,
To our HEARTS.
To our HEADS.

Warmth.
And Wellness.

But remember dear one,
Allow the storm.
Allow the rain to fall.
Allow it ALL.
For the storm will
PASS, I PROMISE.

It will not rain forever.
It never ever has.

For it is impossible for it to do so.

It's the perfect time of year to lose your BALANCE.

And you'll promise yourself to find,

Space
Time
Relaxation

Year.

And although your INTENTION is fully planted,
your SOIL isn't nurtured.

And your plan/t won't flower.
It wont make it to the light.

So today, JUST for today, set an intention to take a

1 MINUTE pause.

Place your hand over your energetic CENTRE and RECALIBRATE
Your HEART Space.

Its a single minute. Go on, bet you can manage to steal a minute.

TEND to your

💚INNER BALANCE
💚INNER SOIL

For the minute allow full stillness and calm to wash over you, to bring gentle nourishment to your busy day - your physical, mental, emotional....
Allow a warm loving GLOW to permeate your

ALLOW that glow to ENERGISE the following hours of your day.

✨️☀️ The inner SUN....your COURAGE ☀️✨️

So the longer, darker nights are closing in here in the UK.
And without realising, the outer can reflect back to our inner no matter where we are on our current personal journey. The warmer months often lend us renewed confidence and energy naturally.

It can be tricky to maintain our Roar anytime throughout the year, but with the darker months our bright light can be easily extinguished by the outer world of worry, stress or exhaustion....dampening our spirit and the heat of our inner Sun.

Often shrinking where we should be SHINING.

But dont allow the cold, fretful energy to consume your,
POTENTIAL.

Bring your INNER Lion FORWARD.

It's within.....ALWAYS has been.
It's right there, now.

Your INNER SUN sits just in the space below your diaphragm but above your naval.

Your SEAT of COURAGE.
Your Lion WITHIN.

Your Roar.
Your Pride.
Your COURAGE.

Whenever you feel the ebb of doubt, hold your palm against your centre and BREATHE IN your power from WITHIN.

The heat, the strength, the power.

To make difficult but NEEDED decisions, to be PROUD of your journey...
worth the FEAR but staring it BRAVELY straight in the face...

Today is the last day of our 7-day Mantra Immersion and in which 68 000 of us all participated. It makes Miten and I so happy that so many people are ready to embark on a journey with a daily commitment to sit, to sing, to contemplate, to meditate and become even deeper friends with themselves.

Thank you to all of you who participated, to all of you who commented - we so enjoyed reading your comments - and together we created a little more peace, more love and more silence in the human field.

Every breath matters.
No OM goes unheard.
