Latest makes - sweater and track pants from special no. 4 both in red ponte from with the pleated side panels of the pants in a brushed back jersey also from . I added a .rosy.cheeks me made label to the sweater. Both are size xs as they’re quite oversized and I didn’t need to make any adjustments. The topstitching in both really finishes them off

Yin yoga and iRest yoga nidra specialist | 1-2-1 classes | group classes | corporate classes

Yoga for body, mind & spirit

I began my regular yoga practice in 2007. Fast forward a number of years and many hours of study and practice, I decided to take the plunge and dive into teacher training at the beginning of 2015. I'm proud to be a 200 hour certified yoga teacher with over 100 additional hours of specialised yin yoga teacher training with Sarah Powers. I am also an iRest® Level 2 yoga nidra teacher having studied with the inspirational James Reeves.

My teaching is clear and creative as I guide my students to explore their edges with awareness and compassion. My classes are welcoming and inclusive with everyone encouraged to practise at their own pace and develop their connection with their mind, body & spirit.
