The first exercise comes from - the monk who sold his Ferrari- Robin Sharma

Mind control - to regain control of thoughts you have to quieten mind

They suggest using a Rose 🌹 and at the same time everyday you sit in very quiet space and look at the object. You are only to think about this object and let no other thoughts come into your head and if they do quickly go back to object. Length of time is individual- it will build up over 30 days and you will notice the thoughts don't come into your head.

I prefer at moment to use candles

You may wounder what this is to do with confidence- you are learning to stop negative thoughts creep into your mind

Tony Robbins teachings - every time you are having a negative thought stop, stand tall, look up open your arms and smile - first you will force it but your body can't do two opposing things. It will switch energy.

A power pause may work for you also . Think Beyoncé at a photo shoot. Throw on mucus and strut.

This is a little fake it before you make it, but it works

If that person can't be deleted from your life - significantly reduce time with them.
