The practice is keen to be as accessible as possible. As well as offering the option to book appointments online, we are asking for consent for us to text you.
This afternoon, for those patients we hold a mobile phone number for and no consent for text messages, you will receive a text from us asking you to reply that you do or do not consent to messages.
If you have previously given us consent, then you will not receive a text today.
If you haven't given us consent and don't receive a message, then it's most likely because we don't have a number on file for you. Please do get in touch to provide us with a number and consent whenever possible. It's likely we may receive a few of these calls, so please bear with us and please avoid calling us between 0800-1000 which is our busiest time frame.
