And some just because it's a fabulous way to spend some quality time .

So this week , I went for my cervical smear test and was gutted to find i was 15 months over due
I have no excuse , I always said I am in the ball for this , but life is busy , time flies in etc etc .
So this is a wee reminder , if you think you are due for your test , contact your GP now .
