Welcome to my new therapy room on Bury New Road. You can park in Aldi (Aldeh) for up to 90mins and it’s just over the road. Entrance is at ground level. I find this a very calming place. Here’s a walk thru so you know what to expect 😊

Everyone that knows me knows how much I love to garden. And when the crocuses start showing, I know it’s the start of the gardening year and it’s time to start planning the plot.

The benefits of gardening on well-being are well known:

*being outside helps to regulate the nervous system

*gardening helps us to exercise and be active

*it’s impossible not to be in the here and now when we garden so it’s fab for mindfulness

*my own personal favourite thing about gardening? That it fosters hope for the future. You can’t not be optimistic when you plant seeds.
