Have you been diagnosed with a Neurological Condition?
Most medical experts advise that exercise on a regular basis can provide a great deal of benefit.
We have set up Neuro Kinetic which is welcoming and friendly, and we have two specialist trainers, to help and support our members. We have two classes for men, on Monday and Wednesday from 12 clock till 1 clock, and classes for ladies are held on Tuesday and Thursday at the same times.
Carers are welcome to join us at a location in Prestwich which has free parking.
You would be welcome to attend our classes to view the sessions. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

Health and care services for those with neurological conditions have been significantly impacted by the coronavirus pandemic, with many of these patients also facing an increased risk from the virus. But exercise has been shown to improve symptoms but the NHS is under tremendous pressure and cannot meet the needs all those people who would benefit.

Our club aims to support the members AND their carers with services that aim to maximise the wellbeing of both groups. Check out our latest exercise classes below.
