What is it? A relaxed opportunity to drop in and meet a some of the community groups who help us to ‘live well’ in Prestwich!

We’re showcasing some of our community-rooted groups which connect, support and inspire us! Find out more, get involved, or just pop in for a free brew and a chat!

FREE Mental Health Awareness Workshop for Neurodivergent Women.

Healthwatch Bury and Hanoli Wellbeing, with support from BIG in Mental Health, are excited to be holding a free 90-minute mental health awareness workshop designed specifically for neurodivergent women.

The session will be facilitated by trained counsellor Joanne Wells, who has extensive experience supporting women with ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent needs.

🧠 What to expect:
• A safe, inclusive space to explore mental health
• Myth busting and stigma reducing conversations
• Practical wellbeing strategies
• Stress management and grounding exercises
• Activities and guidance tailored to the lived experiences of neurodivergent women
