This isnβt something I usually speak about, but itβs something thatβs been sitting close to my heart for a long time.
Everything I do in my work has intention behind it. I never choose a course, a treatment, or a path just because. Thereβs always meaning. Thereβs always a reason. And thatβs why I wanted to open up about why I decided to train in reproductive reflexology.
Hormones can shape our entire world our mood, our energy, our sense of self, our cycles, our relationships, our fertility. They can shift so quickly, sometimes without warning. One moment everything feels stable, and the next you can find yourself facing changes you never expected or challenges you never thought youβd have to navigate.
Iβve seen how deeply hormonal issues can affect both women and men, physically and emotionally. Iβve felt the weight of those struggles myself and through people I care about. And honestly, even the casual comments people make like When are you having children? can sit heavier than they realise. Behind those questions can be fear, pressure, hope, timing, or struggles no one speaks about. It made me even more aware of just how sensitive and personal this whole journey truly is.
Thatβs why I chose reproductive reflexology. Not as a business move but as a calling. A way to help people through some of the most vulnerable, confusing, and life shifting moments they can experience. A way to offer hope, balance, and gentle guidance when everything else feels out of control.
This training means a lot to me on a personal level, and Iβm putting my whole heart into it. If I can help even one person feel less alone, more supported, and more connected to their own body, then it will all be worth it.
I am also looking for 2 case studies. Iβll be sharing a full post next week with all the information, but if you know anyone who struggles with anything mentioned above and is interested in using alternative medicine alongside the NHS, please feel free to message me.
