We’re excited to announce a special combined ‘Suspended in Sound’ Session and Sound Bath Floor Class on Thursday 20th November from 6.30-7:30 PM at Prestwick South Parish Church Hall.

This unique experience blends the soothing energy of sound healing with your choice of setting:
🪶 Hammock session – 6 spaces available
🪷 Japanese floor mattress with weighted blankets – 6 spaces available

Each space is £20 per person for the full immersive sound experience.

Whether you prefer to float in a hammock or rest grounded on a soft Japanese floor mattress under a cozy weighted blanket, you’ll enjoy a deeply relaxing hour of sound, stillness, and release.
