When you need some Yang for your Yin....

When you're feeling lethargic and low on energy....

Open the body.
Stretch it out.
Create some space for things to flow.

When you stretch and open your body, circulation improves, you breathe better, your muscles wake up and your energy flows.

That’s the shift.
That’s the magic.

It doesn't have to be anything intense.
You don't need a Yoga mat.
You don't need much space.
You just need to be intentional.

This is one of the reasons why, when you work with me, I'll always recommend movement of some sort.

Yin, or Yang? ☯️

We're likely a bit of both. And it's likely this changes depending on our environment, who we're with, what we're doing etc.

Balance is ALWAYS key.

Too much Yin - flat, lazy, can't be arsed.
Too much Yang - wired, poor sleep, knackered.

When we feel like this we often end up doing more of the same.

Can't be arsed.....I'll stay still.
Wired and overwhelmed - PUSH TO GET IT ALL DONE!

What if we actually would benefit from the opposite?

A bit of movement, change of energy. Or, slow it right down and give your system a breather.

Feeling knackered? Struggling to switch off? You’re not alone.

This isn’t about chanting, crystals, or anything 'spiritual'.

It’s about giving your mind, body and emotions a proper rest.

Something we all need but rarely get.

Here’s how it works:
You lie down, get comfy, and I guide you into deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra (don’t worry, it’s not 'Yoga-y Yoga').
Then, I play the Singing Bowls.
Their soothing sounds and gentle vibrations help your system settle, soften, and rebalance, without you having to lift a finger.

All you need is:
- Warm, comfy clothing
- A mat, blanket, and pillow
- Yourself

If you wake up tired, feel like you’re running on empty, or just need an hour to breathe, this session is for you.
