Come join me at my small and cosy studio at Redmere, nr Prickwillow, Cambs.

Mats, blankets, underfloor heating and a welcome that's even warmer are provided, ensuring you feel comfortable, safe and supported and are able to fully relax.

Sessions are limited to 5 people, and if you don't fancy lying down, I have a comfy armchair you can kick back in instead.

New around here, assume I'm still teaching Yoga or wonder what I actually do?

This is for you....

I don’t fit neatly into a box — and chances are, neither do you.

I work with people who want to feel calmer, clearer, and more like themselves again — without losing their pizazz.

People who think a lot, feel a lot, and are ready for things to feel different, and be different.

My work includes guided rest, music and sound, nervous system work, mindset shifts, deep conversations, laughter, tears — and yes, probably some swearing — sometimes all in the same space.

It’s about calming things down, lifting you up, and reminding you just how fecking incredible you are.

You are not your thoughts.
You are not your beliefs.
You are not your anxiety.
You are not your health struggles.

We’ll slow down, reflect on the year that’s been, and set gentle intentions for the one ahead — in a calm, supportive Zoom space.

If January feels a bit lonely.

This is a gentle Zoom space for reflection, connection, shared energy and soft accountability.

If anything, it’s a time to slow down and notice how you actually feel - before goals, plans, or deciding what’s next.

If you’ve thought about my New Year Zoom and feel unsure, know that:

You don’t need to feel ready.

You don’t need clear goals.

You don’t need the “right” intentions.

This is about creating space and clearing the mental clutter.

Letting your body speak before the mind jumps in.

And listening, before setting intentions.

If you’re feeling flat, foggy, tired, or unsure right now, this is your sign that a quieter start might help.

There’s pressure to be motivated.

To get back into routines.

To “start fresh”.

Just because it’s a new year, doesn’t mean you need to rush into anything.

After all the doing, holding things together, and getting through — it’s normal to need space, not more pushing.

If you’re feeling slower, flatter, anxious, or overwhelmed, guess what?

It means you’re human.

I’m holding space for this in a gentle way — I’ll share more soon.

Why work with me?

Life is fine, yet you don’t feel like you.
You believe (or are told to believe) life is hard, that's just how it is.

I help people who:
- Have lost their mojo.
- Feel flat, anxious, or low-grade stressed.
- Aren’t at their best physically or mentally.
- Keep having the same health niggles.
- Feel unmotivated or disconnected.
- Are fed up carrying all of the things.
- Don’t even know what lights them up anymore.

Life works, but it doesn’t feel good.

And “it’ll do” isn’t the same as thriving.

📢 LISTEN UP I'M ABOUT TO BE BRUTALLY HONEST 📢

And if you don't want to listen to me, listen to Robbie Williams.

Growth and change require you face discomfort, do something different, and you keep going even when it feels f*cking hard.

ESPECIALLY when it feels f*cking hard.

Your brain is wired for familiar, even when it's not good for you.

Even when you say “I don’t want this anymore".
You keep doing the same things.
And when things get uncomfortable (which they will),
you slip back into what you know.

And your brain LOVES that.

If you're not willing to feel discomfort for a bit, you don't want change enough.

That's why you often get to rock bottom before doing anything different, because then you REALLY can't carry on the way you are.

Let's not wait until you're there. And if you are, let's start moving forwards.

Most people don’t give up because they’re lazy, broken, or inconsistent.

They stop because:
• motivation fades.
• they’re doing it alone.
• there’s no accountability.
• they don’t have me kicking them up the arse on the regular, and giving virtual hugs as required.

They’re trying to fix themselves by Googling everything.
Apps. Podcasts. Another free download.

So much information… and still the same patterns.

This is where support changes EVERYTHING!

Someone (virtually) walking beside you while your nervous system learns something new is safe.
