I've been neglecting my personal stretching lately and my back has been letting me know it! So I've made the conscious decision to fit a you tube 'yoga with Adriene' into my week as a priority.

I chose the video below as I needed/ wanted something calming and nourishing.

Got some of The England Coast path done this week, despite the weather.
Now back to classes and PT again from next week.

Got my steps in around Kew Gardens today. Made the most of the beautiful sunshine.

Wow this half term is nearly finished.....that flew by!

Me and Mr B started our training for our in July. We'll be walking a marathon distance. Today we got in some miles at .
It was a beautiful day and was the perfect opportunity to try out our new walking boots. No blisters yet.....

Classes start back tomorrow.

Remember it's bodyweight training all this week. Just bring your bands and your mats.
