✨ Merry Christmas everyone 🤗🎄❤️

As the year comes to a close, I can’t help but feel so grateful for what has been an incredible year in clinic. Working every single day alongside my best friend, Corinne, and enjoying our Friday catch-ups with our wonderful Beth — the three of us truly are the best of friends. How lucky are we 🥰

I honestly can’t stress enough how much we love seeing you in clinic. Sharing stories, listening to what you’ve all been up to, the belly laughs, the tears (and sadly there have been a few this year). It so rarely feels like work, and I’m grateful for that every single day.

I still love injecting and creating beautiful, natural, undetectable results just as much now as when I first started over 17 years ago — so thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for trusting us 🙏🏼

To anyone missing loved ones this Christmas… I can only imagine how difficult this time of year can be. I’m sending you the biggest hug 🤗🤍

Since there’s been so much interest in my lower blepharoplasty journey (and so many questions in my DMs!), I thought it might be useful to share what the first few days/weeks of my recovery really looked like 👀✨

📸 Photo 1 – Morning of my op after Mr Marando marked me up, and then 6 days post-op (sadly can’t find the original pre-op pic!)
📸 Photo 2 – A few hours after theatre on op day
📸 Photo 3 – 24 hours apart with fresh dressings (these stayed on for exactly 1 week)
📸 Photo 4 – 1 week post-op: stitches + big dressings removed (side tapes stayed on a few more days). Amazingly, no bruising at all!
📸 Photo 5 – 28th Dec (op was 16th): first alcohol since surgery. Half a bottle of wine/champagne = woke up SO puffy 🙈 lesson learnt!
📸 Photo 6 – Jan 4th: first time wearing eye makeup again
📸 Last photo – 1 month post-op 💫

The original post came about simply because I wanted to be honest about what I’ve had done. This is the only facial surgery I’ve ever had — but I’ve been open about having Botox and dermal fillers for the past 17 years.

I hope this helps anyone considering the procedure or doing their research. When I was looking into it, I found it so reassuring to see real patient journeys and wanted to share mine 💕

✨ Wow… I’ve honestly been blown away by all the kind comments on my last post. Thank you so much for all the love 💕

I also feel it’s really important to be honest about what I’ve had done 👀✨

Back in December (just as we closed the clinic for Christmas), I visited the incredible Mr Andrea Marando – Consultant Plastic Surgeon & owner of . Originally, I was booked for an abdominal scar revision surgery, but after also complaining about my under eyes 😅… we decided to go ahead with an under eye blepharoplasty too.

And I couldn’t be happier with the results! 🙌

Feeling so grateful for the amazing care I received from Mr Marando and his incredible team, and the confidence these results have given me 💫

From Poolside to Out in 10 Mins ☀️✨

When it comes to makeup, I keep it simple. I’m not a pro and I don’t pretend to be — I stick to my few favourites and pack super light when I travel.

At home, if I’m going out, I’ll usually reach for a foundation… but on holiday? Rarely. I’m all about that natural glow. Dark eyeshadow and heavy eyeliner have never been my thing — my light green eyes just don’t look good with it!
