Woodcote Counselling

Woodcote Counselling Roz is a qualified and experienced Psychodynamic Therapist, CBT Practitioner and Clinical Supervisor who is passionate about the benefits of therapy for all

One of the goals of counselling is to help you to understand and accept yourself and to move towards becoming the kind of person you want to be. There may be areas of your life that you don’t understand or behaviours that you want to change. Counselling offers a place where you can look at issues that have been troubling you in a safe and confidential setting; to explore feelings that you find too difficult or confusing to discuss with family and friends.
