Each dyslexic has a different pattern of strengths and challenges. We score extremely highly in some things - often in the top percentiles. But in the areas we find challenging, we score very low - often in the bottom percentiles. We call this our 'spiky profile'.
That's why it's vital, in the workplace (and in the classroom), that we focus on our strengths - the things that we're naturally good at - and delegate our challenges.
