The WeCare Awards were judged by panels made up of Councillors and Principal Officers from Swansea Council and Neath Port Talbot Council, which makes this recognition even more meaningful. These awards reflect the dedication, compassion, and commitment shown by our teams every single day.

A special shout-out to Zoe and the team in Port Talbot 👏 You have worked incredibly hard to build our reputation and presence in the area, and it is wonderful to see that effort recognised.

It was also fantastic to see everyone looking so smart and dressed up for the evening – you all represented Resolution Care Services brilliantly.
