Group day for me today and a lovely 3.5lb loss!
This shows it’s all about the food you eat and not about the activity since I’m completely off my feet at the moment 🙈
Planned and ready for another 7 days, aiming for another stone off before Christmas 🤞🏻
I hope this offers hope to anyone going through a tough time in life - you CAN still lose weight when you control the food you eat 🩷

Sorry for my absence people, it’s been a dramatic 2 weeks to say the least!
I attended a physio appointment on the 24th September which resulted in me having emergency spinal surgery less than 24 hours later and a week in hospital! Unfortunately I’m unable to walk properly at the moment and I’m out of action BUT I did go back to group on Monday with my bestie Slimming World with Bonnie Campbell and managed to get a 2lb weight loss 💪🏼
It was so lovely to be back at group with Little Sutton Slimming World with Michelle and seeing my SW family, and when I got home, I had a gorgeous gift of a cosy blanket waiting for me from the directors and staff at head office in Slimming World ❤️
It honestly is true that saying ‘surround yourself with the right kind of people and you will be unstoppable’

Post holiday weigh in today - was a hard one and my first gain in 3 months!
I know I ate well on holiday so if I stick to plan this week, I should hopefully see it all gone 🤞🏻
Post holiday weigh ins can be tricky but it’s like ripping off a plaster - just get it done!

‘3 months from now you’ll be glad you started today!’
I’m so glad I didn’t put off working on myself any longer!
Those who know me will know that the last 12 months have been a huge period of change in my life but one thing I’ve not done is use any of it as an excuse to focus on my food. If anything, focusing on my food has given me strength in all areas of my life as the one thing we CAN control is what we eat!
Getting myself back to group as a member at the start of July and leaning on my friends and daughters as support, I’ve dropped 2 dress sizes and feel so much better in myself 👌🏼
Please don’t put off working on yourself any longer - life is hard but it’s a little bit easier with the right support around you and I can be part of that network.
Slimming World really is the family you didn’t know you needed ❤️❤️

It’s that time of the month when I do my progress photos and I can really see the difference now!
I was so embarrassed by my weight gain especially in my line of work but I’m here to tell my story and I’m proud of myself for turning it around instead of giving up!
The difference even since last month is wild - it’s amazing what 7lb can do 😍
2st 2 gone since my hysterectomy, I’m doing it!
