The truth is, perfection doesnโ€™t exist.
๐Ÿ‘‰ You will miss a session.
๐Ÿ‘‰ You will have days where energy is low.
๐Ÿ‘‰ You will indulge in some pizza or have a few drinks at the weekend from time to time.

And thatโ€™s fine.

Because results donโ€™t come from being perfect, they come from getting it right more often than you get it wrong.
Show up, put in the work, repeat, and youโ€™ll keep progressing over time.

โฌ†๏ธ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ Gained 0.9kg of muscle ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿฝ this is a HUGE amount of functional strength!!
