Hello Iโm Hannah! ๐๐ผ Owner of Unwind Holistics and hereโs my little storyโฆ
๐ชท I began my journey in 2019, training with the Lush Spa Team in Poole and qualifying in VTCT Level 3 Swedish Massage. I later expanded my skills at the Birmingham Holistic Health Centre, gaining qualifications in Reflexology and Eastern Face Massage.
โจ Drawn to deeper healing, I completed Reiki Level 1 in 2021 and Level 2 in 2023 with the magical . Reiki has since become part of my everyday life, helping with my own healing and naturally flowing into my treatments. In 2025, I also completed an accredited facial and skincare course with , enabling me to offer nurturing treatments for both skin and soul.
๐ซถ๐ป My treatment room is a safe, calm space with zero judgement - a place to breathe, let go and just be for a while. Somewhere you can reconnect with your mind and body and leave feeling lighter, calmer and more balanced. I truly love spending time with each and every one of my clients. Iโve made some beautiful friendships over the past few years that Iโm so thankful for.
โค๏ธโ๐ฉน I havenโt always been in this content place. There were times in the past when I felt lost, unworthy and trapped in situations and relationships that werenโt right- often believing I wasnโt enough or that I didnโt truly belong anywhere. Over the years, through books, alternative healing, meditation and trauma healing work, I slowly found my way back to myselfโฆ creating healthy boundaries, a life I love, and my beloved business.
My work truly feels like home to me ๐ฅน

๐๐ปโโ๏ธ Thatโs me, in a nutshell. Iโm always learning and growing- in the holistic world and within myself.
(And when Iโm not working, youโll probably find me reading, working out, dancing like a fool, creating new recipes, watching films, writing, enjoying theatre, or snuggled up in a cosy pub or coffee shop!)
