How are your feet coping with the winter weather?
Heavy footwear can rub the joints, leading to:

🦶 calluses
🦶 fungal infections

Don't neglect your feet at this time of year!
Winter shoes are closed in;which could cause moist feet.
They could also rub on the joints, leading to:
- corns
- ingrowing toenails
- calluses
- fungal infections
Good foot care can prevent many of these conditions.
