Get ready for one of the most spectacular sky shows of the year! On the night of November 5, the biggest and brightest Full Moon of 2025 will rise — known as the Beaver Supermoon.

This Supermoon will appear larger and more luminous than usual because the Moon reaches its closest point to Earth (perigee) at nearly the same time as it turns full. The result? A breathtaking golden-orange Moon dominating the evening sky, especially just after moonrise.

✨ Best Viewing Tips:
• Look toward the eastern horizon right after sunset for the most dramatic view.
• Try to find a location with an open view — near trees, hills, or water for beautiful foreground scenery.

Its fair to say the last few weeks have been a bit tough... on every level, but relieved to be finally coming out the other side of it.

There's been lot of reflection and self care. Always learning and always healing 🙏

I had to postpone a Reiki Level 2 training weekend due to needing to work away and being totally honest, not having anything left to give.... so I would like to thank those beautiful ladies for their patience, support and understanding 🙏

Last week I was reminded by these amazing tree roots of the importance of daily grounding practices... especially right now 🌎

Such a simple practice, but one that can often be overlooked, but the difference it can make to your day and ultimately how you respond in certain situations is invaluable.

October has been a truly unforgettable month 🙏 but for now I'm very grateful for the experiences but relieved to be back home embracing 🍂🍁🥶🧡
