The London Nail Laser Clinic is on the move! Tomorrow is the start of clinic in new Radlett premises, and in May I'll be moving the clinic in London, after 14 years, to a new location too. New beginnings, and exciting times!

As the weather gets colder and our feet are covered up, it is important that we don’t forget to look after our feet. Treat any problems now so that you are ready for the summer.

👣 Keep feet clean and dry. Fungal infections thrive in dark, moist, warm environments.
👣 Wear appropriate footwear and breathable socks, such as wool. Ensure feet are warm and dry and toes are not restricted.
👣 You have less blood flow to your feet in the winter, having a lunula laser treatment can increase blood flow.
👣 Don’t heat up your feet quickly against a radiator or fire as this can cause chilblains and don’t use a hot water bottle directly on your feet.
👣 Remove wet shoes and socks as soon as possible.
👣 Moisturise your feet. Indoor heating and wearing waterproof boots can dry out skin.

With COP26 having just taken place, we continue to make better environmental choices in our clinic.

We have switched to a paper free office with electronic forms and notes and will keep making greener choices wherever we can.
