A totally unnecessary loss of life. This is what happens when untrained non-medical people inject who knows what into a person. No understanding of anatomy, no idea about infection prevention, or treating complications. No idea about high quality products and how much to inject, and where is an absolute no-go area. The only surprise is that there haven’t been more major complications and deaths. This industry needs urgent regulation and fillers should not be sold to anyone who does not have the appropriate qualifications and training.
