Looking forward to our "Winter Wellbeing Retreat Day" on Sat 13th Dec.Please arrive by 9.50am and park on the field.

Warm layers, for both inside and outside, and please bring some water. The refreshments are all homemade and veggie, but if you are vegan or GF, you may like to bring an extra snack, just in case.

Day will finish at approx, 4pm. There will be products and vouchers available for purchase if you would like to get some Christmas gifts. (both Wild Oak Wellbeing and Temple Spa)
