Small Group Personal Training

Do you need something a bit more personal but 1:1 PT is too expensive?

Small group PT gives you that personal touch, with expert coaching and accountability but at a fraction of the cost.

If you want to lose weight, build muscle and improve your fitness with the guidance from an expert coach then this is for you.

This is a brand new coaching block and to launch it we are offering a 50% discount of your first month block.

This is limited to only 10 people, first come first served. Don’t hesitate to get in touch because these spaces wont last long!

You will also get as part of this coaching package:

- Access to our Small Group PT Whatsapp group, where you will be part of a community of like minded people who help support each other to reach their goals. The coaching team will also be in this group for clients to message and ask us questions and ask for advice.

- Body weight measurements, progress photos and weight taken at the start and end of each block to ensure progress.

Its safe to say I think we’ve come a long way since opening just a few months ago, with Christmas and the year coming to an end it’s nice reflect on how far we have come and the community we have built so far 🙏

Thanks to everyone who has supported the gym and made it what it is already, it will only continue to get better and better 🥰
