I've just started a functional Breathwork course, so it's back to school in all senses as we're also starting our next Breathwork Training next month. I'm finding that being both student and teacher inspires and teaches me so much more about this amazingly powerful thing that's literally right under our noses, our breath 🤗

It's surprised me to want to be the student again, and I'm loving it 💖

I love my work so much... and self care and time with family, friends and Tigi dog is a vital counter balance to keep my batteries full. So this is what I was up to last week, bonding with eldest son as we learnt to surf with the wonderful in Cornwall. Beautiful to combine learning a new skill, with nature/ocean time and family time. Tigi was there too, but isn't generally keen on going in water (not even a puddle!). 💗

As human mammals this tuning in to a collective nervous system (of whatever we might call that , a family, a community, a tribe), is so powerful. In these times where so many people are stressed and dysregulated, there's great power in coming together to regulate. There's power in group work. So I just wanted to share that I'm so looking forward to facilitating this workshop tonight with John Paul. It's not just nourishing to be a participant, they are also a real joy to lead as well. When I arrive in a group, I tune in and then co-regulate with you all, and the more we all do that as a group, the better we all feel (including me), I think lockdown taught us that this powerful connection still happens online too. So thank you for coming to support the human collective, by regulating with me and John Paul. Plus of course, we are gifting you skills to be able to pass this work on to others in your life, so the ripples go out. So we look forward to seeing those of you who are drawn to come join us at Breathwork for Regulation & Trauma Resolution (the last one we will offer this year). ♥
