💗This beautiful card reminds me so much of the vital importance of love. Loving and embracing the parts of ourselves that got lost, supressed, disowned. Sometimes the road back to love is painful, there are blocks in the way, maybe from very early in our lives when we didn't feel met, heard, seen and cared for. Breathwork is such a powerful way to reconnect to the love, our heart is literally massage by every breath we take! 💗

's still January, a time to go slow, to rest in th darker colder months. I've got a lot going on too right now, every year I say I will take more time to winter and be quiet in January, and then life has other plans. But in amongst the business I am taking time to slow, breathe, be in nature and just sit by the fire. I hope you can do the same. 💗
