Weekly Round-Up 🤍

A busy but really rewarding week…

☕️ Started strong with a Costa coffee to fuel a packed diary.
👩‍⚕️ Saw lots of patients with a real mix of conditions — honestly my favourite part of the job.
🌳 Took a country walk mid-week for some fresh air and headspace.
💆‍♀️ Treated myself to a spa day to reset and recharge.
🥗 Kept things balanced with a healthy lunch (trying to practise what I preach!).
🏋️‍♂️ Snuck in a late-night gym session — perks of going when it’s totally empty because my days are full of patients.
🎤 Ran the final free Back Pain Workshop of 2025 — they’re always so engaging and genuinely fun to deliver.

It improves when we understand what’s driving it and take a few simple, doable steps to help the body move better.
