Some days (or even weeks, tbh) you can feel overwhelmed by your situation; that you're flailing while everyone else is bossing it.

Your inner voice is mostly critical, and it makes you feel like you're less than everyone else.

I have those days (and weeks!) too, but I've learned to get over them, by focusing on what I've achieved, and how my good days make me feel.

I just wanted you to know, that you're not alone, and we all go through this.

Reach out to someone, get out in nature (wrap up warm for the cold spell!), and just share your fears with a friend.

I always feel better after a walk, and talking about your worries out loud can minimise the sense of overwhelm.

Sometimes we all feel a bit s**t, and don't want to do another week on the treadmill of life.

But actually, we forget that just being here is an achievement, and sometimes that's enough.

If you are feeling crap, reach out. I may not be able to do much, but I can listen.

We don't always feel joy, and that's ok. Remember that the crappy times can make the times we do feel happy much more meaningful.
