TD Aesthetics is 8 years old today!!

In 2018, I decided to take a leap of faith and start my own aesthetic clinic.

I had no idea how to run a business, but I learned fast, with help from some amazing people (you know who you are)

Thank you for all your support, kind words, and even listening to me rant occasionally 😉

I can't wait to see what the next 8 years will bring: there's so much I still want to do!

I hear the phrase "fully qualified" bandied around a lot in this industry, but what does it really mean for you, the patient?

You should always ask your practitioner questions about how they plan to care for you, including what they know about the treatment options they've suggested, what complications may occur and how they can manage them, and whether or not you'll get the results you want.

A one day course won't give a practitioner this level of knowledge. Skin is a complex organ, and requires deeper understanding than you get in one day.

No-one can fully predict how treatments will turn out, but the more knowledge, skill and experience your practitioner has, the more likely you are to have a good outcome.

Ask the questions; you only have one face and you need to look after it.
