ABOUT ME

I dropped 4 dress sizes with CWP from a size 22 to a size 14. Cambridge Weight Plan is the only diet that worked for me, which is why I became a Consultant. I believe in it and know it works, which is why I want to support and help you achieve your goal weight and maintain it. I hated shopping for clothes, avoided mirrors and social situations. I thought that people were talking about my weight behind my back, but I couldn't be sure. It was a horrible feeling but now I feel happy in myself. Moving back to Collier Row from Rainham (hopefully in the next 6 weeks)
