Counseling and psychotherapy can help with specific areas of your life such as depression, stress, anxiety, loss, grief & bereavement, low self esteem, confidence, anger management, relationship issues and family difficulties, bullying, learning difficulties, addictions, feeling down and suicidal thoughts, to name a few. I am an experienced therapist working in a private practice, with a wide range of clients, issues, situations and circumstances. It never ceases to amaze me, the strength and courage my clients have in taking that first step into counseling. I consider it a tremendous privilege to have helped and worked alongside so many people who have undergone personal growth and development, making sustainable changes to their lives for the better.
