Fully qualified in numerous areas including nutrition, strength training and many others. 8 years experience in gyms but now training at a home based facility. I have facilities available at home and have extensive outdoor facilities for me to work with my clients. I am available for help and advice regarding all elements of health and fitness .You can contact me through facebook, insta, e mail or by my phone. I retired after 31 years as a Police Officer. I am a fully qualified personal trainer and amongst other things specialise in the management of injuries and event training. I run health and fitness seminars too focusing on nutrition, mindset and how to stay fit and well over the long term.

Just a reminder that at 2pm and then again at 4pm I will be taking classes at Sanctuary - Fitness & Conditioning , in Eastwood on Saturday 31st January. The classes are for one hour and are for all abilities. The charity being supported is for defibrillators to be fitted that will save lives. Nearly 4 months out of the pool due to the shoulder dislocation I had. Training has paid off as I was able to maintain a pretty good momentum today. More importantly my shoulder feels okay....let's see how it feels in the morning

With just one week to go before the big man comes down the chimney ,can I take the opportunity to wish all clients, followers, friends and family a Happy Christmas. Having nearly retired 3 times over the last few years THPT is still going. Next year though will be my last for sure. I have things to get done and at 63 the clock is ticking ever faster. I hope the festive period is good to you all. Stay well and stay safe.
