After a period of quiet reflection, I’m thrilled to return and share something close to my heart: the transformative power of rest and self-reflection. Life doesn’t always unfold as we expect, and the past few months have been a poignant reminder of how vital it is to pause, recalibrate, and create space for ourselves. With this renewed perspective, I’m excited to invite you to an upcoming Sound Journey for Deep Rest.

In this 60-minute session, I’ll guide you through a soundscape using instruments like Himalayan bowls, the gong, and crystal bowls. These sounds are intentionally played to create a space where you can shift from stress to calm and experience profound rest.

Join us on Sunday, September 22nd, for a serene 2-hour session at .world Bookshop.

We’ll begin the morning with a rejuvenating Hatha Yoga session, led by my friend and highly skilled instructor, Sean. This will be followed by a crystal bowl sound bath led by me.

It’s a perfect way to start your Sunday, combining deep stretching and relaxation.

Life is a process, and sometimes we need to surrender to the unknown. If we feel stuck in our current beliefs or situations, it’s a sign to release and embrace change.

Stepping away from the familiar helps us reconnect with our true desires and needs. By letting go of control, we allow ourselves to gain clarity and let aligned actions follow. It requires trust and courage, but ignoring these inner calls often leads to reflections from the universe reminding us to listen.
