💜✨️ Happy 2024

💜✨️ So 2023 was a year of reflection and growth. It's been a challenge and maybe, or perhaps definitely one that was needed. It's been a time to strip back some of the 'things' that we tell ourselves are needs and understand what needs truly are. The lessons learnt have shifted my outlook to be more grateful for the small things that still provide so much beauty, even in difficult times. The songs of birds, the power of nature, the colours of a landscape are always there when we choose to look outward.

💜✨️ I'm grateful for all I do have and the amazing people around me.

💜✨️ I want to share my gratitude and hopefully help more people feel magical and sparkly this year ahead.

💜✨️ Often people tell me they don't know where to start when looking at holistics and alternative treatments. That is where I might be able to help.

💜✨️ Whilst level 1 at reiki and continuing to develop my card readings, I want to reach people who've not tried reiki before, for whatever reason. I want this to be accessible for all.

💜✨️ There is no fee for any service at present, I simply ask that if you wish to explore either reiki, card readings or just want a good chat about all things like this and my perspective on it, then simply get in touch and we can go from there.

💜✨️ Joy filled afternoon creating and manifesting the magic that is to come.

💜✨️ This is my manifestation box.

💜✨️ Alignment is definitely the word of the year, added to the constant word that has always been a theme - balance.

💜✨️ Intentions set, to create, be successful, share and enjoy.

💜✨️ I also want to share my energy with others and spread magic going forward. More on this to follow.

💜✨️ Our next Svabhāva Community event is almost upon us. A moderate hike around the beautiful town of Ramsbottom.

💜✨️ We'll be assembling in Ramsbottom Town Centre on Sunday 19th November at 10:00am. From here a 9 mile we will walk across Nuttall Park, up Holcombe Brook, through Redisher Woods, taking in Pilgrims Cross and Holcombe Monument.

💜✨️ We will then return to the town centre for a bit of a social, warm soup and refreshments courtesy of the excellent Chakra Room there. A chance to chat, say hello, hike and socialise with other beautiful souls.

💜✨️ Just starting out can be tricky. After completing level 1 reiki training, at times daily practice has felt like a chore and without impact. I discussed this with my mentor, it's a test.

💜✨️ With loving trust I continued. Last week brought about some very emotional ceremonies, where connection once again felt incredibly deep.

💜✨️ After what has felt like a difficult month or two for so many close to me, I feel clouds are now parting and the autumn sunshine reflecting from the gorgeous shades of gold and crimson. I'm once again basking in and absorbing the beauty of nature.

💜✨️ I want to share this with you. Whilst I continue to develop, I am now offering free reiki and oracle card readings, though if you'd still like to donate a gift, that would be gratefully received and used to further my development.

💜✨️ Reiki sessions are hands on and conducted from my calming home close to Ramsbottom. Card readings can be done remotely, but you'd need to be available to form an energetic connection. For further details please DM or comment below.

✨️ It's been a very heavy summer, with no fewer than 7 planets in retrograde. Though, October should see some of this melodrama, anxiety and frustration begin to move on this side of the harvest super moon. 💜

✨️ This weekend, we're on tour. Svabhāva's lovely Facebook community will be heading to North Wales to embark on a series of swims in different locations and also hopefully climb Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon). 💜

✨️ This is a non-profit event designed for our Facebook community. As such, no liability can be accepted. It's basically a group of good souls gathering, doing things that they enjoy, and challenging themselves. 💜

✨️ Though, this is also a taster. Going forward, as Svabhāva grows, we will hope to bring you some absolutely magical weekends. Will these be retreats or adventures? Well a bit of both, set in spectacular locations with outdoor pursuits and challenges easily available, there will also be a selection of some of the best holistic practitioners on hand to bring you a truly gorgeous experience. The aim is to fully connect with nature, both through spirituality and by the activities you do. 💜
