New Midweek Favourite Alert! 🌶️✨
​I tried the Peri-Peri Chicken Tray Bake from the new magazine recipe book tonight, and oh my goodness... it did not disappoint! I used the free seasoning packet that came with the mag, and the flavour was incredible.

​The best part? It’s completely Swip-free, super easy to prep, and basically cooks itself in the oven. This is definitely going into the weekly rotation for tea. If you haven't tried it yet, this is your sign! 🍗🔥

Made the Seared Steak Noodles from the 15 Minute Hero book tonight 🥩🍜
​The book says 15 minutes, which is totally true... if you don’t count the chopping! 😅 Once the prep was done, it cooked up in a flash. Super tasty, easy to pull together, and that sear on the steak was perfect.
​Definitely a keeper for when I want something that feels fancy but cooks fast.

Jumping on the Japanese Cheesecake bandwagon! 🍰✨

​I’ve seen this doing the rounds and had to give it a go. It’s super simple, satisfying, and only 2.5 swips for the whole pot!

​The setup:
​Ginger Nut biscuit (the base)
​Fat-free natural yogurt
​Fresh blueberries 🫐
​That ginger and yogurt combo is a 10/10. Definitely recommend! 😋

​I used a ginger nut for that extra kick, but what biscuit do you fancy trying at the bottom of yours? 👇

HEALTH IS WEALTH! ❤️
​I am beyond proud to share a massive milestone from one of our amazing members! Carol hit her target weight a before Christmas, but the numbers on the scale aren’t the only ones moving.

​When she joined us in April, her cholesterol was at 8.3. Fast forward to today? It’s down to 4.2! 🙌

​That's a life-changing health transformation. Losing the weight is great, but knowing you’re adding healthy years to your life is the real prize. Join me in giving her a huge round of applause! 👏✨
