Sunday morning Rumi ❤️

Our souls speak a language, a language that communicates with others that of which words can never express.

Sometimes you meet a person or people and you know them, they could be a soul mate of sorts either a friend, family or partner. We can meet and within days and weeks have an understanding and a depth that language and time cannot create ❤️

The more soul alignments we recognise and cultivate into loving relationships the more connected and whole we feel. The more access to magic we have and our lives will become more beautiful by these connections.

Trust your soul, trust your gut, attract your soul family like a magnet and before you know it your tribe or inner circle will be much more powerful and life changing than any blood, childhood or lifetime connection.

People enter our lives for a season, a reason or a lifetime so hold on softly and allow them to gently fall away if they no longer align and love those souls who speak your soul language with abandon and passion because there are your family.

Have a lovely reflection on your relationships today and recognise your soul mates and feel that warmth spread through you and radiate your whole being

Good morning…we held a stunning ancestral healing Samhain cacao ceremony last night 🎃

Thank you to everyone who came with their open hearts and vulnerability to drop into what can be tender and raw to turn towards.

Its important to remember the ancestors that have paved the way before us in this life but also, and most important to remember, is that your time is now, your time to be present, to be fully alive, to be whole and connected to all that is. You owe that presence and commitment to yourself

You aren’t who you think you are, your shadows and limitations aren’t just the way you are…you are connected to a universe that holds much adventure, love and happiness and your mission here is to align yourself to all of the magic held within this universe and to live your very best life regardless of the chaos that may be showing up.

Happy Halloween, blessed Samhain. The veil between worlds is thinner they say so expand and dream and connect your magnificence across the universe today…and then everyday thereafter. Thing big bold and beautiful because that’s what you are 🥰🌹😘

Samhain Ancestral Healing & Cacao Ceremony

During Samhain it is said that the veil between worlds is thinner. On this night we come together to honour our ancestors and release and heal ancestral patterns that don’t serve us. It’s a time of gratitude for all that has gone before us but sovereignty for the person who stands here today…you!

During this Thursday evening workshop we use the powerful plant medicine of Ceremonial Cacao, sacred space, journeying, meditation, reflection, discussion and ceremony. We will come together at Halloween to release attachments to our ancestors, strengthen bonds with our inherited gifts and step into our sovereignty in the time and space now.

You can expect Ceremonial Cacao, Music, Meditation, Ceremonial Smoke, Self Enquiry, Journalling culminating in a Sharing Circle.

We welcome you to the Chakra room to join us on a fully immersive 3 hour development workshop into Reiki practice and development.

Any level of reiki practitioner is welcome to join us in an action packed 3 hours where you can develop and enhance your Reiki practice. The energy alone on these development days is powerful enough to blow your socks off

Reiki master teacher Sam Whittaker will guide you through some traditional and more unusual techniques and practices and is on hand to help with any questions or queries that your reiki journey may have brought up for you.

We will share techniques old and new and will come together for meditation and a powerful group distance healing session to close the day.

All in all as a student of reiki it’s a great opportunity to share, expand and grow in a safe and loving healing space.
