Finally !
After 2 years of being locked out of Facebook, I am finally given access back in to the fold.
Windows 11 installation (albeit not wanted) caused everything to crash and the nightmare of re-installing everything began. Not going to bore you with the troubles but suffice to say. I'M BACK ... Yay. !

It is with the deepest regret that I shall finally have to charge the full treatment fee for 'No Shows'

Three today: Which has cost me £110 in lost expected revenue.

As requested many, many times throughout messaging...Please DO NOT message me on this platform as I do not have internet access during the day but to please phone or text me on 478465, if you are either running late or need to cancel your booking.

We have all experienced those unexpected moments which lead to us having to cancel arrangements or appointments which is unfortunate to everyone involved. Therefore, as advised by other Practitioners and Therapists, I am adopting same timescale rule.

Within 24 hours notice; I will endeavor to allocate your slot to someone else which will incur no extra charge to you however: It will incur a 50% charge if I cannot fill your previously booked slot.

'No Show' upon the day will unfortunately incur fees appertaining to the full cost of treatment.

As most of you are aware, Wens is moving back to the fold in St Pauls Square. Exciting times ahead with the alterations of the premises that will make the T.O.T.I. even more fabulous inside.
