We believe that everyone, including children, should have a basic understanding of what to do in an emergency, either at home or away.
We are offering a certificated course in Emergency First Response to address this issue, running during the week and on weekends the cost is £90 per person and will be covering

* How to use an AED (Defib)
* How to deal with bleeds and injuries
* CPR on adults
* Choking and many other topics
