To be able to ensure all aspects of the running of the home with the national care standards, cqc requirements and contract compliance together with all other legislative requirements. You will need to have the relevant qualifications for this position and be able to lead by example. You will be required to complete all compliance and adequate training for staff. You will need to be a hands on manager and ready to support the home with shifts where required and be part of the on call rota. You will need to build a good relationship with staff, residents, family members and outside agencies.

Manager required for small care home. Must have at least an NVQ4 in Health and social care, Manager skills are also required, the successful applicant will be required to work along side of the Registered manager. We will require 3 checkable references. Job role, hours and rate of pay will be discussed at interview .You will be required to have a new DBS check carried out.
