Sessions on Tuesdays & Fridays, £8.50 per session or £12 all day. Join our community! It's your choice is an adult's activity service for people who have physical and/or learning disabilities. We help you to develop life skills, participate in fun activities and meet new friends. We want to support you to achieve the things you want out of life through choice, support, and opportunity.

New week, new activities, and we’re so excited for what’s ahead at It’s Your Choice.

From games and creative sessions to great food and plenty of laughs, this week is packed with opportunities to connect, try something new and have fun together.

Every session is about making memories, building confidence and enjoying being part of something positive - and we can’t wait to share it all with you.

Here’s what’s coming up at It’s Your Choice Activities!

We’re starting the day with a bit of friendly competition – Bingo and a Pool Tournament to get everyone involved.

In the afternoon, we’re heading outside for a game of rounders (weather permitting), bringing the energy and team spirit.

In the kitchen, it’s all about making Greek yoghurt bread – simple, tasty, and something a bit different.

And for our creative session, we’ll be making key rings – perfect to take home or gift to someone.

Another great mix of fun, activity, and creativity – we’re looking forward to it!

It reflects everything the service stands for – giving young people the support, space, and confidence to make their own decisions, at their own pace, in their own way.

We know that life isn’t always straightforward. That’s why our focus is on listening, guiding, and empowering, not telling people what to do – helping them build confidence and take control of their own path.

The name isn’t just branding. It’s a belief that every young person deserves choice, respect, and the right support to make positive steps forward.

Today’s the day at It’s Your Choice Activities!

We’re kicking things off with a morning disco to get everyone up, moving, and smiling, before heading into an afternoon fitness class to keep that energy flowing.

In the kitchen, we’ll be making fresh houmous – simple, tasty, and a great skill to learn – and getting creative with our craft session making wooden egg cups.

A full day of fun, movement, and creativity… just how it should be.

Tomorrow is shaping up to be a brilliant day at It’s Your Choice Activities!

Here’s what we’ve got lined up:

Morning – Disco to get everyone moving and smiling
Afternoon – Fitness Class to keep the energy going
Food – Houmous Making (and yes, it’s as tasty as it sounds)
Craft – Wooden Egg Cups to get creative

A great mix of fun, movement, and hands-on activities – exactly how we like it.

Pride of Place: A Journey of Creativity and Community! 🌟

We are so proud to share what our members have been up to during our Pride of Place project!

Over the last 10 sessions, our space has been buzzing with energy, talent, and plenty of smiles.

From getting hands-on with fantastic artworks 🎨 and whipping up delicious food 🧁 to staying active with sports and enjoying live entertainment 🎤, it’s been an incredible journey of discovery and fun.

Our “Ramsgate Rises” initiative is all about choice and community, and seeing everyone achieve something new—especially in our arts, crafts, and cooking sessions—has been the ultimate highlight.
