Sessions on Tuesdays & Fridays, £8.50 per session or £12 all day. Join our community! It's your choice is an adult's activity service for people who have physical and/or learning disabilities. We help you to develop life skills, participate in fun activities and meet new friends. We want to support you to achieve the things you want out of life through choice, support, and opportunity.

🤩 What a Fantastic Session of Fun and Activities!

We had such a great session today with a huge variety of activities on offer for everyone! There was truly something for every interest! 🎉

Our members got creative with:
• 🍰 Jam Tart Making (and tasting, of course!)
• 🎨 Fireworks Painting (getting ready for the season!)
• 💃 Belly Dancing (still riding the success of our last sports project!)

For those looking for games and friendly competition, we had:
• ✍️ A game of Hangman
• 🏆 Classic Bingo
• 🎱 Competitive rounds of Pool and Air Hockey

It's all about fun, inclusion, and trying something new!

🎉 What a Success! First Session of Our Inclusive Sports Project!

🤩 Our core goal is to offer our members activities they've never had the opportunity to try before - Belly Dancing! 💃🕺

It was wonderful to see everyone having so much fun, laughing, and getting involved. The energy in the room was incredible! ✨

A massive thank you to Vanessa Culliford for leading such an engaging and empowering session.

🥊 Ready for the next challenge? 🥊

The next inclusive sports session is this Friday and we'll be trying Boxing with the amazing team from T50 Amateur boxing academy. Come along and give it a try—no experience necessary!

We had a fantastic time with all the activities:
