At our Wednesday 5:30pm group at Our Lady St Benedict Church Hall in Birchington, we proudly crowned two incredible target members — Bex and Mac! 💫💫

Bex has lost an amazing 7 stone and is now embracing life as a grandma, full of energy and joy. After years of service in the NHS, she’s showing us all that retirement can be the start of something truly wonderful — especially when you feel your best 💖

Mac, our retired chef, has shed nearly 6 stone and is loving life with his wife by his side. His journey is proof that it’s never too late to put your health first and enjoy the rewards — more energy, more confidence, and more zest for life 🍽️❤️

Together, they bring wisdom, warmth, and inspiration to our group every week. We couldn’t be prouder to call them our Slimming World Icons 🌟

At our Wednesday 11:00am group at Church House, Kent Gardens in Birchington, we proudly crowned two incredible women — Tina and Ruth 💖💖

Tina is a busy working nanny who’s lost nearly 7 stone — yes, SEVEN! 😲 Her energy, determination, and commitment to her journey inspire us all. She juggles everything life throws at her and still shows up, week after week, with a smile and a story to share 💪✨

Ruth, one of our beautiful target members, has shown us the true meaning of grace and resilience. Just three weeks ago, she lost her beloved husband — yet she continues to come to group, radiating warmth and positivity. Her smile lights up the room, and her presence reminds us all that Slimming World is more than a plan — it’s a family 💞

Together, these two women embody courage, kindness, and the power of community. We’re so proud to call them our Slimming World Icons 🌟

🌟 Slimming World Icons: Walter & Pat 🌟
This Wednesday at our 9:30am group at Church House, Kent Gardens in Birchington, we had the absolute honour of crowning two truly inspiring members — Walter and Pat 👑👑

Walter is one of our incredible veterans, and come January, he’ll be celebrating his 90th birthday! 🎉 He’s still showing up every week, focused on his health and determined to stay active for his great-grandchildren. His dedication, humour, and wisdom light up our group every single time 💪❤️

Pat, one of our cherished target members, has shown us all what true strength looks like. After recently losing her beloved husband, she’s continued to come to group, reminding us all of the power of community. Her words touched every heart: “I’m right where I should be — with my friends.” 💞

Together, Walter and Pat remind us that Slimming World is about so much more than weight loss — it’s about love, resilience, and never walking the journey alone.

Malinda attends group with her daughter Katie, but she’s not just Katie’s mum… she’s the group’s mum too 💖 Always there with a kind word, a warm hug, and recipe ideas that make healthy living feel delicious and doable 🍲✨
