The Postnatal Consultation had been designed to give a comprehensive overview of how YOU are post birth. Current Postnatal 6 week GP checks can be brief and often focus on baby.
This consultation enables reflection on your pregnancy and birth journey, how you are physically and mentally after birth, health optimisation and pre pregnancy planning if needed for future pregnancies.
