Stay well this winter.

There are some things you can do to help yourself stay well in winter.
πŸ’‰ Get your flu and Covid jab - speak to your GP or pharmacy

πŸ—£ Get advice if you feel unwell. Your first stop should be to visit your local pharmacy πŸ’Š, they can let you know if you need to see a doctor; or you can call πŸ“ž NHS 111 or visit 111.nhs.uk

🧀🧣 Keep warm and get help with heating. Keeping warm can help prevent colds, flu and more serious health conditions. Rooms should be kept about 18 degrees or warmer.

β˜• Check in on vulnerable neighbours and relatives. Remember that older people may need some extra help over the winter.
