Gotta be honest, I am pretty proud of my recipe books.

The feedback I get is that the recipes are easy to understand and prepare.

People like the variety and that the book encompasses desserts, side dishes, starters as well as main courses.

I would never suggest that people spend unnecessary money, let’s be honest, we could all do with a few extra quid right!?

However, something like this should really be considered as an investment as it is going to help you address aspects of your health.

Yes, there are other things to address, but this is a very positive step towards a better you ( as cheesy as it sounds lol )

How to drop considerable amounts of fat in the next 3 months

Could you be making things harder than they need to be?

Most people have been there and lost the weight before.

They know what worked for them back then,

But,

Life back then was probably different to what it is like now.

Most people want to do it themselves, God, I know I do!

Especially when I consider things to be common sense, straight forward or something that should be simple.

Give yourself a break, if being in better shape was that simple and easy then more people would be right?

And we both know that more people are out of shape rather than in shape!

Maybe you don’t like to ask for help?

I ask you to think of it like this ….

How long will you think about sorting things out?

How many more ‘tomorrows’ will there be?

Within 24 hours you could be on a dead certain line of success if you removed the guess work and received an injection of motivation and direction.

If you haven’t yet seen the transformations people get inside 3 months of working with me then I urge you to have a scroll though and have a look.

There is no need to continue to kick yourself for not starting sooner.

Just do this …

Many of us say we want this … to just be told what to do,

Rather than to be educated why you need to do it and how.

If you are reading this you have probably been ‘told’ to do something before achieve a desired result (regarding getting in shape, losing weight, gaining weight etc)

From a guy down the gym or someone that just became slimmer of the week … know what I mean?

Most people are somewhat successful in their attempt,

They receive some kind of result, perhaps not an amazing result but something has changed for the better in some way.

But how long does this last for?

How long is it until that result fades away and you end up back where you started?

There will be many reasons why, with the top one being that is wasn’t ‘Realistic & Sustainable’

The next top reason will be due to the lack of knowledge.

When you understand something you are 100’s of times more likely to implement it.

You are more likely to ‘find’ a way to fit it into your life.

You are more likely to continue with it for the future.

This is why I spend so much time with my clients addressing the ‘why’s and the How’s’

Thus ensuring you don’t need to go down this road again.

Obvious statement right !?

You’d be surprised at the amount of people that understand this phrase but go in the opposite direction to change it.

A common factor is ‘not having time’…

… I’m sure you’ve either heard this before or perhaps even said it before!?

Most of our clients inside the program had been in a place where they felt they were burning the candle at both ends and not getting anywhere fast.

We take a look at your schedule and find one of the following:

1 - With just a few small tweaks there are massive opportunities to create huge chunks of time where you can decide to f*ck all or use it to exercise etc.

2 - (and most commonly) you don’t have a schedule and are living each day at a time …. It’s obvious what we do here right?

You can be sitting on the holiday sun lounger one year feeling ‘ok’ about yourself,

Before you know it you are lying on your bed wrestling with a pair of jeans that refuse to do up!

Blink your eyes and your sending your child off to secondary school and you might as well be back in your maternity clothes.

Weight gain seriously creeps up on you.

why?

You haven’t changed your diet, if anything you are having less wine and hardly any nights out thanks to the kids!

We will just blame it on the age, the Middle aged spread, the mum tum, the dad bod!

We point the finger and shift the blame but it doesn’t change your happiness or how you feel and look.

Weight gain crept up on you….It’s your turn to creep up on fat loss!

How you look and feel right now is a direct reflection on what you do on average, not one weekend or one cheat meal.

>Do know what your calories are in and out each day?
>Are you making good choices with food or on first name terms with the local takeaway?
>Do you make time for some kind of exercise or movement?
>Are you living off caffeine every 2 hours?

You may consider jumping on a slimming plan or some kind of diet,

But

Before you do that…

…Stop and think for a moment…Why are there so many diets out there to choose from?

Take a moment to step away from your head and you will realise its because the others didn’t work!

There are millions of people striving for weight loss and greater confidence, Large companies with huge budgets advertise their product and we all go running towards it in hope that this is the answer.

Newsflash —— It won’t be!

For successful weight loss where you never look back, you must create a plan that works solely for you.
A plan that encompasses the naughty things you like
A social life etc.

It must be completely bespoke to you.

This may appear hard and too much effort.

Dont jump straight to the mass produced diets that ultimately will leave you even more unhappy.

What’s your plan?

Do you have your workout mapped out each time you set foot in the gym?

Or are you just seeing what happens to be free on the day…?

Doing what you fancy.

If I did what a fancied every session…

I’d have the legs of a sparrow and arms the size of popeye lol

Because let’s be fair arms are the absolute best to work out, aren't they!?

How about I give you something that will keep you interested in the session…

While bringing up the much neglected body part you ignore … (legs or abs? Am I right?)

Pick 1 exercise for each body part…

And make a note on your phone or in a little notebook of the weight on the bar, reps and sets.

Then make it your mission every session after that to beat one of those numbers.

Either the weight…
The number of reps…
The number of sets…

Or even just improve your control of how well you move the weight.

Why?

It’s what gets results.

But it’s also what keeps you interested in your training.

Random sessions = random results.

And that’s when you start to lose interest.
